Always an incredible experience at Luxura. After a laser treatment I feel like I aged backwards 3 years. Highly recommend you make a visit!!

This was my second time getting a Diamond Glow facial at Luxura, and it’s honestly a next-level relaxation experience. The vibe, the massage, the scents, lotions, etc...Therese and Armaria are deeply knowledgeable and supportive about skincare, which is great for someone like me who is not a regular medspa visitor. It feels like medical-grade skin guidance blended with the comfort of a high-end spa. She definitely peeled a few years off, and I’ve been loving the glow ever since. I can't wait to go back!

The staff is professional, friendly, and makes you feel very comfortable. They listen to you and provide a plan of services to meet your needs. I had fillers and some Botox. I felt confident that I was in good hands. The results are exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Had a really fantastic visit at Luxura Med Spa. I went to get Sylfirm done on my face with JJ. She did a great job explaining the process prior to coming in. Once I was there I had my before photos taken and my face numbed for the service. Once I was nice and feeling-less (ha) JJ proceeded. The treatment was quick and easy. I’m almost at the 4 week mark and I’m so happy with my results! JJ is the sweetest and makes you feel totally comfortable the entire process. I’ll certainly be back for more!

I really enjoyed my second visit to Luxura Med Spa where the wonderful JJ took care of me. I got Botox for the first time in a long while and JJ was not only kind, welcoming, warm and funny (love that Brit humor :)), but also incredibly thorough, mindful and attentive to how she delivered the service. In the past, I've felt like some med spas just "shoot you up" and move to the next client to maximize profit. JJ's approach could not have been more professional and caring. The results were great and I can't wait to go back!

I had a fantastic experience at Luxura South Loop. The staff was so nice and helpful, booking online was easy, and Jascia (JJ) took the time for a detailed exam with personalized recommendations. The follow-through was excellent too. Highly recommend!

I went to see JJ for the first time recently for Botox. First of all, the spa is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. JJ was so sweet & she made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all of my questions. It was my first time getting Botox and I was nervous but she made the experience really enjoyable. My Botox looks great! I’ll be back to see her again 100% highly recommend her.

Kudos to Luxura and especially Therese Murray. I had Sylfirm X treatment one week ago and am already seeing positive results. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff is professional and AMAZING. Therese has to be hands down, the best in her field. Have been seeing her for a few years now, and everything she has recommend that I try has had an immense positive impact on my appearance. Many close to me have said I look 10 years younger. If you’re looking for any kind of med spa treatment, don’t go anywhere else. Luxura is the best, Therese and her team have the knowledge and experience to give you the best version of yourself. Amazing Diamond Glow facial! Thanks Amaria!

First facial? Read this review. Had the pleasure of coming in yesterday for a Carbon Laser Peel and I was incredibly impressed on a few fronts. The facial itself was mostly relaxing, a thin charcoal mask is applied to your face before the actual procedure which took only 15-20 minutes. Afterwards my skin was noticeably smoother and my T zone pores looked less clogged. 24 hours later and I haven't noticed any real side effects other than my face glowing - taking that as a W. Cherry on top was the incredibly friendly staff. For sure would go in again.

The other day I received a facial from Armaria at the South Loop location and it, and she, was fabulous. Not only did I see an immediate improvement to my skin, but Armaria was knowledgeable and instructive, describing all that she was doing, why, and the benefit to me. I have already booked my next facial with her!

All I have to say is WOW! I went to Luxura with my mom for Botox with JJ. I have had Botox in the past but never had it explained to me in such good detail. JJ was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel safe & comfortable. My mom was nervous before, but JJ took away her nerves completely. We are so happy with our results & will be sticking with JJ for all of our future Botox treatments. If I could give 100 stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been going here for laser hair removal and it has been a wonderful experience. Therese is so sweet, patient, and an expert at what she does. She will not move ahead with a treatment if she feels you are not ready, or if you got too much sun, etc. She truly cares about her clients and teaches that to the new staff whenever they are with her. I've been super pleased with the results so far. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and I'm so glad they're in my neighborhood!

I have been to this Med spa twice once for a cool sculpting consultation and recently for a Diamond Glow facial. I really enjoyed the flexibility and the process. I learned a lot in my 30minute session. I realized only licensed facility are able to use this equipment. They use high quality ingredients with a diamond tipped extract device. They even use a smooth tipped extract device over the eyes and lips. Theresa who was tech and RN is very thorough which she will stop to answer questions. Her recommendation for me to get this facial once a month or every 6 weeks. Your skin may be purge a bit after the facial but the glow is so worth it! I will be definitely be back for another facial. The extractions are so worth it. I left pictures please don't be grossed out. She explained that people's facial releases anything trapped deep in your pores.

My favorite place for botox with the best staff!

I have just started my package of laser hair removal sessions and I am loving the staff. They have explained everything thoroughly, are always attentive and pleasant. This laser is way more comfortable than at other businesses.

I have now been in twice to Luxura in the South Loop and the staff is great. The reptionist was very welcoming and the laser hair removal was administered by a nurse, a real RN. Compared to the treatment I received at a different business, this laser was much, much more comfortable. I barely noticed the treatment was going on. No one has been pushy or tried to up sell me with other types of treatment; I was very relieved about this.

I had an amazing experience at Modern aesthetic!!! From the moment I walked in the door and the assistant was friendly and kind to the moment I started my procedure with Theresa everything was superior!!! The office was beautiful, bright, clean and inviting. Thank you.

Came to Luxura Med Spa after searching for a place closer to home for my botox needs, but I was also interested in getting filler. The facility was clean, inviting and Therese was wonderful! She walked through all my options for filler and helped me decide what would be best for my needs and desired outcome. I ended up getting membership package so it would lower the overall cost of my botox from $14 per unit to $11 ( + lots of other great perks!) which i highly recommend for anyone who has a high metabolism or works out a lot since that often cause your botox to ware off more quickly.

Have had Coolsculpt and Botox done so far at Luxura. The staff is wonderful and professional. The spa is clean and easy to schedule appointments. Will definitely be back for more treatments!

I went to Luxura for a LuxFacial today with Therese and it was such a great experience! She really explained the procedure to me so that I understood what was happening before, during and after the process. The staff was so friendly and and the location itself is gorgeous and immaculately clean. My skin is glowing and I feel great! Went in for (my first) Botox treatment., Therese was super gentle with the pokes since Im a bit of a baby around needles. Its been a week and my forehead looks sooooooo much better; I have been getting compliments from friends and find myself looking in the mirror way more. Am very happy with the amount of (minimal) movement that I have from the treatment but still totally smooth. Id def send my friends. I plan on going back to try a BBL laser treatment in the next few weeks too.

Ive been going to Luxura since it opened last year for a series of laser treatments. I was a first timer, so I was a little apprehensive, but their staff is super personable and well trained so I felt at ease every visit. Top notch service. My partner and I both received vampire facials, and we love the results. The facial took years off my face; I FaceTimed with my partner two weeks later, and it looked like he was using a filter. We will be coming back!

Finally, a south loop medical spa. I don’t want to be caught on my heels when this quarantine is over so been trying to keep looking my best. I’m not going to reveal my secrets but would recommending setting some time aside to explore all of your options with their staff.Booking an appt was easy. I got an email with some forms to fill out before my appointment which saved some time. Staff was very helpful and parking was easy.COVID preventative measures were in full force and felt very safe.

The whole staff is friendly and professional and I’d highly recommend them for the full range of services they offer. I’d give them a 10/10. The aestheetic if the space is also great, which is an added bonus.

I was offered a few different options but decided to go for it and get the halo laser treatment I had heard so much about. From start to finish, I was blown away by the service! Therese and Julie were very knowledgeable and professional but still made the visit fun. I was nervous to get such an intense treatment but was treated with such care, it ended up being a great experience. The downtime was basically non-existent (the internet says 4-7 days) so I was back to work on day two. The results were phenomenal! It took years off my face, got rid of all of the sun damage that I've acquired over the years, and my skin was literally glowing. I was so impressed with the results, I decided to go back and get a thread lift (in this case, a Silhouette Instalift ) that I'd been wanting for 5 years or so but was scared to get due to hearing stories about long down times, facial swelling, pain, etc. Again, they took amazing care of me and made sure that I was properly numbed up before starting. I felt zero pain AND I had no swelling, bruising, and only a small amount of pain that could easily be controlled with Tylenol. The procedure did exactly what I wanted it to and my cheeks are back in their original position! I can't speak highly enough of Luxura and am excited to go back to get their Coolsculpt treatments for my chin and neck and to try their IV clinic. I also love their skin care line ZO. The growth factor serum and retinol based skin cream feels like I’m getting a facial every night. Parking was plentiful and free as well so I always got a spot right in front. I love supporting minority owned and operated small businesses and this nailed it on all levels! They've definitely got a customer for life with me! Highly recommended!

I went to the city to check out Luxura based on a family members suggestion. I’ve never had any medspa treatments before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was met w friendly staff that made me feel very safe, the spa was very new and clean. I had a dermaplaning and a Diamond Glow facial. It was very relaxing. They actually show you the debris that is extracted from your skin. Wow. My skin looked amazing afterwards. Even my husband noticed! Can’t wait to go back and try nurse Therese’s signature vampire facial w micro needling and PRF. My friend had that done and she loves it. I’ll def be back.
